Who has the best 420 Munchie deals? |
For years, fast food chains have more or less served late-night cannabis users, never making it official until recently. This year the Highlights‘ The running list of fast food outlets offering deals this April 20 includes, but is not limited to: Wingstop, Cheba Hut, Del Taco, Jimmy John’s, Chronic Tacos, Jack in the Box and Fatburger.
the commonvsHi are very frequently reported. In small steps, traditional food chains that can satisfy cravings are starting to warm up to cannabis, as evidenced by a slew of 420 cannabis-inspired offerings.
The game of 420 fast food offers is random. In 2019, Carl’s Jr. launched the famous CBD burger, the CBD-infused “Rocky Mountain High: CheeseBurger Delight,” but only the limited-edition Santa Fe Sauce contained 5 mg of CBD. Others have pushed the limits of what can be done in terms of marketing.
Let’s take a look at the chains that openly sell to cannabis consumers. This year, fast food chains are getting creative with added terpenes, rolling papers, free shipping to avoid stoned driving, and more.
Wingstop is honoring its cannabis-loving customers with a limited-edition, terpene-infused flavor, Blazed & Glazed, which is only available April 18-22, while supplies last. Anyone nationwide can order at Wingstop.com or by the Wingstop App.
The new flavor balances ingredients like terpenes, hemp seeds, strawberries, and cayenne pepper to give fans “the second best herbal experience they could have on 4/20.” Wink wink.
“Flavor is what sets Wingstop apart, and we recognize that many fans turn to our brand to satisfy their snack cravings,” said Marisa Carona, Chief Growth Officer, Wingstop. Highlights. “In typical Wingstop fashion, we wanted to take it a step further and create a limited-time flavor for 420 that has a unique flavor profile and can even produce a tingling sensation in the mouth.”
“So we bring you Blazed & Glazed,” she said.
Blazed & Glazed Wings are THC-free, but any experienced cannabis user knows that terpenes are part of the flavor magic.
Wingstop even participates in one of San Francisco’s largest holiday gatherings where smokers converge on a large scale. The Wingstop food truck will bring free Blazed & Glazed wings directly to Hippie Hill in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on April 20. One can only imagine the impact of satisfying the cravings of festival-goers.
As you can guess, Cheba hut also gets in on the action. This April 20, Cheba huta cannabis-inspired restaurant, partners with long gamea national cannabis holding company that prioritizes sustainable cultivation practices, to offer “nugget-sized sandwiches” that are served on a frisbee with a side of Willie’s Reserve™ rolling papers for, you guessed it, $4.20.
But Cheba Hut’s approach to its deal sets it apart from the rest. Each rolling paper comes with a QR code that customers can scan for a chance to win a trip to the The Emerald Cut in Hollywood, as well as two Willies Reserve™ gift sets. The QR code giveaway will run from April 20 to April 30, with the winner announced on May 2, and entrants must be over 21 to enter.
Offer is available at Cheba Hut locations in 15 states including: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas and Wisconsin.
“Cheba Hut is a Colorado-based company, and Willie’s Reserve is also based in Colorado,” said Nicole Kennebeck, Marketing Director of Willie’s Reserve™. Highlights. “This is where Long Play is also based. We saw an opportunity to really raise both of our voices in a fun way. It wasn’t just focused on cannabis sales, but the cannabis community as a whole.
“Cheba Hut makes sandwiches named after cannabis strains, so it’s a fun space for us,” Kennebeck added. Cheba Hut Toasted Subs was founded in 1998 by Scott Jennings, before other subs were toasted, with names inspired by cannabis, and has 420 offerings each year.

jack in the box
Everyone on the West Coast and Texas lives near a Jack in the Box, and the chain is expanding into other states. Jack in the Box joins the mix this year with the Pineapple Express Shake. The Pineapple Express Shake is actually available all April, but it’s only $4.20 on April 20, along with all the shake flavors on the menu.
