Editor’s note: The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino buffet is only open one weekend per month.

Buffets are a real must in restaurants in the Deep South.

Whether it’s soul food, seafood, Chinese fare or pizza, the Mississippi Coast is packed with top-notch buffets for the foodie in all of us.

But perhaps the most popular buffets in the Biloxi area are those at the casinos. They’re big, offer a variety of cuisines, and some even have crab legs.

Before the COVID pandemic, every casino on the Mississippi Coast had a buffet, but only seven have returned. And we want to know which one is your favorite! You can vote now in the first round of the Sun Herald’s Casino Buffet Bracket to make your voice heard.

We will eliminate a casino buffet each round until a winner is crowned.

First-round voting closes at noon on Monday, July 25.
