Fill your plates with Boston Lobster Roti John, Australian Smoked Beef Cheeks, Roasted Pork Shanks (dinner only), Sambal Stingray à la Nyonya, grilled prawns with salt and chilli, Singapore oyster omelet – and don’t forget to feast on a steaming bowl of Lobster bisque.
Then head to the Indian and Malay cuisine area and load on South Indian masala crab (flower crab cooked in delicious Indian spices)Butter Chicken Masala, Goan Shrimp Curry, Beef Rendang and Naan with Butter or Garlic. Don’t forget to give the Mango chutney give it a try while you’re there too!
