Liverpool ONE has welcomed its new restaurant in the form of national all-you-can-eat restaurant chain COSMO.
Offering an authentic tour of the world’s most beloved dishes under one roof, COSMO officially opened its doors today and will offer diners a unique and theatrical dining experience in its new home on Manesty’s Lane.
The 300-seat restaurant has created more than 60 jobs for the region and its talented team of chefs create more than 100 dishes a day, from more mouth-watering charcuterie specialties to mouth-watering entrees and truly tempting desserts.
Director Kan Koo said, “It’s fantastic to finally open our doors to our new customers and we can’t wait for everyone to see what our 21st the site is all about. We put a lot of love, time and investment into this space, and I really think people have never seen anything like this in the city before.
As part of a special showcase, COSMO has invited some of the city’s local heroes, including those working in the NHS, emergency services, transport and education sectors, to be the first customers from the restaurant for a complementary lunch.
Kan added, “It’s important to us as a company to celebrate every new city we launch in with the people who live and work there, especially those who do so much for their local community on a daily basis. It’s something we always do in these early days of trading.
“This opening has been a long time coming and now is the time for us to meet our neighbours, show everyone what we are and introduce our concept to foodies in Liverpool. It’s time for COSMO.
COSMO Liverpool is the 21 critically acclaimed restaurant groupst site and promises to take city diners on an affordable taste trip around the world with eight different cuisines to choose from, including Chinese World of Asia, Japanese Teppanyaki, Indian House of Spice, Italian Continental, a cuisine of tasting for family favourites, Mediterranean charcuterie and rotisserie. Diners can enjoy unlimited classes for a fixed price each day.
The brand, which launched in 2003, is known for its five-star cuisine, extraordinary entertainment and one-of-a-kind robot waiters affectionately known as Hola and Bella. The duo will be on hand to take orders, clear tables and sing Happy Birthday.
