There aren’t many soul food restaurant chains in the United States, but there is one thriving with two locations in New Jersey and planning to add more.

They also have a location in Brooklyn.

The chain was founded by two women, Adenah Bayoh and Elzade Smith, and they now offer franchise opportunities;
“I want to provide a franchise opportunity for everyone, especially to challenge minorities and women to run a restaurant they will be proud of. We are committed to helping future franchisees feel the love customers give us every day as we prepare our amazing chicken, fish and turkey wings with our heart and soul,” Bayoh said.
