Business was booming – it was sold out before the cafe closed at 3 p.m.

Disappointed customers have been urged to return to the cafe today, which is open until Friday.

A busy Roz said she was exhausted but “delighted” with the success of the first day.

The 25-year-old’s menu included green soup, peanut butter and banana cookies, and protein smoothies.

Roz was assisted by her father John, who came from his native Tipperary to lend a hand.

His other half, Voice of Ireland mentor Niall ‘Bressie’ Breslin, also stepped in during the day to give him moral support.

Roz told the Herald that Bressie helps herself to good use by shipping vegetables to her from their downtown home.

But with high demand, Roz and her dad soon found themselves under pressure in the kitchen.

“We were like Father Ted’s John and Mary,” she said.

Roz concocted an affordable menu with protein shakes – at €5 – the most expensive item on the menu, while a slice of sun-dried tomato, feta and basil bread went for €2.50.

All proceeds from the Natural Born Feeder Cafe will go to the Capuchin Day Center, which provides meals to the homeless.

Roz’s pop-up cafe coincides with the launch of her first cookbook, Natural Born Feeder.

Roz and Bressie have been together for three years and are getting better and better. The couple are known for their shared penchant for working out and eating “clean”.

Although the two were shy about going public with their relationship at first, they are now seen together regularly and post snaps on social media.

Session

Roz isn’t the first Irish model to post her tips and tricks on healthy eating – former Miss World Rosanna Davison released her cookbook ahead of Christmas.

Rosanna’s Eat Yourself Beautiful topped the book charts before and after the holiday season.

Rosanna’s book was so successful that she is already working on her second.

“This book will focus on what people should eat after their gym session,” Rosanna said.
