Portillo’s, a popular Chicago-style fast food joint, is coming to Tucson
On Tuesday, April 12, Portillo’s announcement on its website that its hot dogs, burgers and fries are coming to Tucson by the end of the year.
Specifically, the restaurant is moving into the El Con Center – joining others in the area like Burger In-N-Out and Chick-fil-A – but an exact address has yet to be revealed. The parking lot there, considering it was a mall at one point, is certainly big enough to hold restaurant traffic.
