Rita Ugarté, Director of New Restaurant Openings and Operations Excellence
Rita’s journey to Plant Power Fast Food began as General Manager of Hard Rock Cafe and Regional Training Manager for fast food giant Yum! (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut).
Fabien Cervantes, Human Resources Director
Fabian was previously director of human resources for the US Navy, Goodwill and San Ysidro Health.
GROWTH: NEW LOCATIONS AND FORECASTS
The company announced the opening of seven new locations, bringing the total to 14 locations over the next 16 months. New locations include Hollywood, Hills of the Lagoon, Sacramento, San Clemente and two new San Diego Locations. Additionally, the first out-of-state location will be officially announced in 2021.
