Oxford will open a new fast food restaurant in the city center
Chopstix Noodle Bar will open a new location on Cornmarket in late March, with an exact opening date to be determined shortly.
The fast food restaurant is located in the unit previously occupied by Starbucks, between Boots and Change Money.

Work is currently underway at the Oxford site, with the restaurant windows blocked off during the refurbishment process.
A brightly colored sign for Chopstix, however, has already been placed on the storefront.
A sign placed in the unit’s window with a scannable QR code indicates that the restaurant is also looking to hire staff.
Chopstix serves a range of pan-Asian inspired dishes that customers can mix and match in boxes of different sizes.
Customers select their box size and can then add different options depending on the size; small cans contain one topping, medium cans contain two, and large cans contain three.

Their box bases include egg fried rice, lean rice, or golden noodles, while toppings include choices like pumpkin katsu curry, caramel chicken, or sweet chili prawns.
The menu will also see the branch serving buckets of spring rolls, shrimp crackers and crispy mini chicken meatballs.
Once the Oxford branch opens, the next closest branches will be Swindon, Reading and Membury North Services.
