New world cuisine restaurant Cosmo to open at St Enoch Center

The St Enoch Center is set to host a brand new restaurant in the New Year, with new Cosmo opening in the New Year.

Cosmo Authentic World Kitchen is set to arrive in the summer of 2020, offering cuisine “inspired by the best five-star hotels in the world”.

The St Enoch team revealed today that the mall is ‘set to serve up a world of flavor in Glasgow city center with the addition of COSMO Authentic World Kitchen as part of the multi-million center redevelopment of books.

“The restaurant will be a key part of the expanded food offering set to open in summer 2020 thanks to the £40million project which will also include a nine-screen VUE cinema and upgraded retail space.

“COSMO Authentic World Kitchen takes buffet-style service to a new level. Inspired by the world’s best five-star hotels, cuisine from around the world is prepared fresh and right in front of diners, across six genres.

“Teppanyaki experts grill steaks and fresh seafood while World of Asia focuses on Chinese cuisine from the eight indigenous regions. House of Spice brings the heat with Indian banquets and the Continental Station with homemade pizzas. Hand-cooked over a wood fire is not to be missed.A full rotisserie is also offered daily as well as a tasting kitchen, specializing in small plates, allowing you to try a bit of everything.

“Desserts include homemade bite-sized cakes, comforting puddings, ice cream and a chocolate fountain centerpiece, with cascading Swiss milk chocolate perfect for dripping and swirling over sumptuous fruit and marshmallows. Everything can be washed down with soft drinks or beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.”

Improved recreation and food offerings at the St. Enoch Center are expected to attract an additional two million people to the center each year and COSMO will certainly play a key role in this.
