According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Restaurant study 2020-2021, there is a fast food chain whose customers seem to agree that it is the best of all.
To conduct its new investigation, ACSI randomly emailed 19,423 customers between April 2020 and March 21 and asked them to discuss their experiences at some of the nation’s top restaurants, including major chains. fast food. While Pizza Hut’s score is considered average among those assessed in the ACSI 2021 survey, the chain’s customer satisfaction rate has increased by one point this year. On the ConsumerAffairs review site, Pizza Hut has a 3.7 out of 5 stars overall rating from customers and the chain receives high praise. Many customers have noticed that this pizzeria offers very delicious dishes.
“The ingredients used are always fresh,” wrote one happy customer of a Pizza Hut in Michigan. “The dough is tossed by hand. The pizza is never over or undercooked. In fact, it melts in my mouth. The portion sizes are very generous.”

Another customer of a Five Guys in Minnesota also applauded the restaurant’s efficiency when he tackled a large take-out order. “This place always gets the right orders,” they wrote. “The food was very well packaged so it was still hot when we got home. The fries are the best.”
