LAS VEGAS (KLAS)– PowerSoul Cafe, a gluten-free fast food chain, will open its flagship store next summer in southwest Las Vegas.
The flagship store will be located at West Warm Springs and Cimarron Road at Tarkanian Plaza. The store will operate around the clock, with smart self-service food lockers, walk-in windows and a drive-thru window.
“Our flagship store is in a rapidly growing part of town and we are securing other areas of the valley for future locations,” said PowerSoul Cafe founder Dina Mitchell.
Every item on the PowerSoul Cafe menu will be certified 100% gluten-free. There will also be options for meat lovers and vegans. The menu will also be dairy-free or keto-friendly.

PowerSoul Cafe will range from 500 to 1,250 square feet with various footprints including drive-thru, online, casino, sports arenas and airports.
The opening of six other sites is scheduled for the same year.
