After a two-year wait, COSMO Authentic World Kitchen will soon open its doors in Glasgow city centre.
The international buffet, which serves a variety of different cuisines, will welcome guests to St Enoch Center next month, welcoming Glasgow residents from lunch until late, seven days a week.
Their fourth restaurant in Scotland and the first in Glasgow, the venue caters to 280 diners, creating 50 jobs for the city.
The COSMO team says its service rivals the best five-star hotel buffets around the world and features a “dazzling foodie theatre” with chefs ready to cook delicious dishes in front of diners in the newly renovated space.
Announcing its imminent opening, the award-winning multi-cuisine restaurant group said: “COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is bringing its enjoyable dining experience to the St. Enoch Center in Glasgow next month.
“Two years in the making, the luxurious all-you-can-eat buffet-style restaurant will welcome diners from lunch until late, seven days a week. Bringing 50 jobs to the city, the bright new space with 280 covers is the 19th for the group and their 4th restaurant across Scotland.
Rivaling the world’s best five-star hotel buffets, COSMO will offer an endless array of fresh international cuisine with eight live cooking stations and over 150 mouth-watering modern dishes to choose from.

The COSMO restaurant will be located adjacent to the nine-screen VUE cinema and the enhanced retail space of the St. Enoch Centre. COSMO will operate from noon until late seven days a week when it opens next month.
