Property Project Australia planners say, “The development includes two (2) stages, in order to provide flexibility for the construction of the development. UUltimately, the scale and built form of the proposed development is consistent and compatible with other developments in the surrounding areas ”.
The proposal relates to 1,306 m² of GFA, with a site coverage of 17.9% on the site area of 1,810.58 m² on the total area of 10,115 m².
