First look at Glasgow’s Cosmo global buffet ahead of its opening at St Enoch Center next week
There’s nothing worse than not being able to decide where you want to go for dinner. Do you want Thai food? Chinese? Indian?
Well now, if you’re heading out for a night on the tiles in Glasgow, you can choose just a tiny bit of all three thanks to COSMO Authentic World Kitchen.
Restaurant Group COSMO’s multi-cuisine buffet is gearing up for its highly anticipated debut in Glasgow when it opens next Monday (21 February).
Renowned for ‘elevating the buffet experience’, the contemporary restaurant’s roots lie in Pan-Asian cuisine, with six delicious cuisines taking center stage in their self-service World Kitchen.
Bringing 50 jobs to the town, the bright new 280-seat space is the group’s 19th restaurant and 4th in Scotland.

There’s also plenty of theater on offer at COSMO; you can watch expert chefs master roaring flames with teppanyaki and more at eight live cooking stations across the site.
The deluxe all-you-can-eat restaurant offers something for all tastes, with a whopping 150 dishes of all different flavors and cultures to choose from.
Designed by renowned hospitality expert, Robert Angell, the spacious 11,000 square foot restaurant is bursting with contrasting textures and tones with an innovative lighting system and Italian marble countertops inviting to guide diners into their buffet world of flavors.
For added comfort, they installed soft leather banquettes, with large, striking wall projections, as well as dark and light oak shelving for privacy.
Suzanne Wink, COO of COSMO, said: “The time has finally come for COSMO to open our doors and we are delighted to share our overall concept with Glasgow.
“We take so much pride in providing an exceptional yet affordable dining experience for our customers and the St. Enoch location is well and truly poised to tempt your taste buds.”
The COSMO Restaurant is located adjacent to the nine-screen VUE Cinema and an upgraded retail space in the St. Enoch Center. COSMO opens Monday, February 21 from 12 p.m. until late, seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Ahead of its opening, COSMO is giving back to emergency services and social workers by inviting 300 guests from the NHS, emergency services, social sector, education and armed forces into the restaurant to dine for free from their tantalizing global menu this weekend.
