The Quay West Restaurant also won Ulster Seafood Restaurant of the Year. Over 140 prizes were awarded, with regional winners selected in each category as well as an overall winner for each prize.

People in the hospitality industry have proven to be innovative, resilient and creative and the passion they have for what they do shines through.
