Best Chef-Led Fast Food Restaurant in Las Vegas

Some of the most renowned restaurants in the WE are offered inside the Bellagio with picasso, spago and The Mayfair Supper Club.

Another local favorite is At Sadelle’s Coffee. If you’re unfamiliar with the hidden gem that sits at the back of the Bellagio’s atrium, let us introduce you. Sadelle’s is known for its American-style breakfast, all-day brunch, and tasty lunch. We also wanted to showcase three of Sadelle Cafe’s menu highlights, including:

  • Sadella Tower which includes fish, bagels, tomatoes, cucumbers and capers
  • Eggs Benedict which includes homemade salmon or ham, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce
  • French toast which includes thick toast, with fruit and whipped cream

  • Ahi Tuna Tartare that features sushi-grade Ahi Tuna, toasted pine nuts, Asian pear, habanero-infused sesame oil and min
  • Charcoal-grilled hot shellfish including king crab, Pacific and Atlantic oysters, Gulf shrimp, Maine lobster, scallops, yuzu kosho butter and miso

It’s a new way to dine that the Italian-inspired hotel and casino has called the Dining experience in the conservatory. Up to six guests can now dine in the heart of the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens at The garden table.

The 14,000 square foot atrium features a theme during the different seasons throughout the year that will inspire a unique pre-fixed dining menu. Delicious dishes will be provided by MICHAEL MINA Bellagio and Sadelle

s Coffee. The current theme is A Dramatic Jungle or The Jungle Conservatory of Dreams which runs until September 10.
