A stylish street food restaurant in Dublin will open a new bar in Cork

A popular Dublin street food restaurant has announced its expansion to Cork, and a stylish new bar is on the way.

Happy Endings on Aston Quay in the Big Smoke is still relatively new, but their street-inspired dishes have quickly made a name for them and the place is jamming most nights of the week.

The colorful joint has a wide range of options on their menu with things ranging from Ho Chi Minh Honey Tenders to Jimmy Burgers and plenty of vegan options.

They also have a wide range of drinks which includes a signature G&T, S&M (sake, mango puree, chillies and martini) and some very sweet shots.

As they turn their attention to Cork, they’ve decided to give it their own twist – and it looks like it will become more of a bar than a restaurant.

Crack Jenny’s Tavern is coming soon, but as of now they haven’t revealed exactly where it will be.

CorkBeo understands that they are in the “final stages” of their preparation and expect to be open around the beginning of February.

There are a lot of vacancies in the city right now, so anyone can guess.

All they’ve revealed so far is that it’s opening soon, and you can follow them here.
