70 varieties to choose from Ibis styles Ramadan Buffet

Kota Kinabalu: The Ibis Styles Kota Kinabalu Inanam offers guests a fulfilling iftar with authentic Malaysian delights through its Ramadan Buffet ‘Citarasa Tradisi’ at an affordable early bird price of RM68 nett per adult. With over 70 varieties of dishes, the hotel’s culinary team led by Chef Nadzrie has crafted an elaborate buffet that emphasizes Malaysian heritage and preserves the authenticity of local flavors.

Some notable features of the buffet are the Penang-style ‘Char Koay Kak’ (fried radish cake) prepared in a hawker style in front of the guests, as well as the matching Satay, Honey BBQ Chicken Wings, Nasi Minyak Kismis, the “Udang Masak Lemak”. and many other dishes.

Chef Nadzrie, who has 15 years of experience in the industry, also offers some of his specialties, such as Sup Kambing Berempah, Beef Rendang and Roast Leg of Lamb. ‘Citarasa Tradisi’ also offers an exciting range of desserts such as ais kacang (shaved ice), local traditional ‘kueh’ and a variety of cakes. “It’s been two years since we had this Ramadan (buffet), so this time we are bringing something for Muslims to observe the blessed month with family and friends,” said its chief executive Puvan. Abdullah.

The early bird price of RM68 per adult will continue until April 17. Normal prices are RM88 per adult, RM45 per child and RM60 per senior. Hotel guests will receive a special rate of RM58 per person. The buffet will be available until April 29 from 6:00 p.m. daily. Diner guests can also perform ‘Solat Terawih’ at the hotel’s dedicated male and female Surau.
